Shipping
All orders ship fully insured across India at no cost to you. Pieces are dispatched in tamper-evident packaging through a jewellery-grade courier and require a signature and photo ID on delivery.
- In-stock pieces dispatch within 3–5 working days
- Made-to-order pieces take 12–15 working days
- Gold coins and bars dispatch within 2 working days
- Tracking is emailed and available under My Account
Returns
If a piece is not right, return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. It must be unworn, in original packaging, with the certificate and invoice included.
Not eligible for return
- Made-to-order and personalised pieces
- Gold coins and bars, and any item bought at a locked metal rate
- Pierced earrings, for hygiene reasons, once the seal is broken
- Pieces showing wear, damage or third-party alteration
How to return
Write to care@chhajedjewellers.com with your order number. We arrange an insured reverse pickup at our cost. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of the piece passing quality check.
Exchange & buyback
Chhajed gold jewellery can be exchanged at full prevailing gold value at any store, at any time, with no deduction. Diamond jewellery carries a lifetime upgrade against any piece of higher value. Gold coins and bars are bought back at the prevailing rate against the original invoice.
