Using this site
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the details you provide are accurate. We may decline or cancel any order, including after it has been confirmed, if we cannot verify those details or if a piece is no longer available.
Pricing
Prices reflect the prevailing gold or diamond rate at the time the page is loaded and can change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment payment is completed. Where a price is listed in error, we will contact you before dispatch and offer a full refund.
Product images
Photographs are taken under studio lighting and enlarged to show detail. Minor variation in colour, finish and stone placement is inherent to handmade jewellery and is not a defect. Net weight may vary by up to 3% from the listed figure; the invoice reflects actual weight.
Certification
All gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked and carries a HUID you can verify. Diamond jewellery is supplied with an IGI or SGL certificate, dispatched with the piece.
Payment
We accept UPI, net banking, credit and debit cards. Orders are dispatched only after payment clears in full. We do not store card details.
Liability
Our liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh.
