Sign in to My Account to track any order. Dispatch takes 3–5 working days for in-stock pieces and 12–15 days for made-to-order.
Custom commissions
Send a sketch or a reference photo along with your budget and the occasion. Our design team responds with a quote and a 3D render within four working days.
Valuation & exchange
Bring your existing jewellery to any store. Valuation is free and takes about twenty minutes; exchange value is calculated at the prevailing rate with no deduction on Chhajed pieces.
Repairs
Polishing, re-sizing and re-rhodium plating on Chhajed jewellery are free for life. For pieces bought elsewhere we will quote before starting work.
Something went wrong
If an order arrived damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with photographs and your order number. We arrange an insured pickup the same week.
